The studio itself embraces a diverse array of yoga styles. However, one theme is consistent - All the teachers at One Heart Yoga are 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered teachers and/or have years of teaching experience and study. With our teachers, the dedication of sharing Yoga is matched by the passion of learning and growing in their chosen Yoga tradition.
One Heart Yoga has classes that are slower paced all the way up to vigorous power vinyasa. A beginner can start with Level 1 and progress from there. While the more experienced practitioner has a variety of classes from which to learn, grow and challenge themselves.
